With proper installation and care, DIAMOND products are guaranteed to provide 15 years of outdoor living pleasure.

Storage and Handling

1.DIAMOND products are long pieces.Never dump the materials when unloading.
2.Not to be stowed under other cargo.
3. When carrying the planks, carry on edge for better support. Do not slide planks against each other when moving them.
4.Store on a flat surface, dry and safe place. Stack the plants from long to short for store and transportation.
5.Store the planks away from welding site, combustion source and strong acid & strong alkali materials.
6.Refer to installation instructions for additional guidelines on each product.

To minimize scratches, nicks, cuts and grooves, and preserve the beauty of DIAMOND Planks, follow these guidelines:

1.The surface of some products is covered with film. Do not uncover the film when working with DIAMOND  products in case of surface scratching.
2. Keep the surface of the planks free of construction waste and anything may cause damage to it. Tracking dirt and construction debris across the surface of the planks contributes to surface scratching.
3. DIAMOND products can be cut like timber. Make sure the cutting plane is smooth.
4. Uncover the film after installation in rainy days. Exposure to the sun the water drop inside the film may spotlight and cause surface spots.
5. The size of the products may change a little bit. To operate in strict accordance with the installation guidelines, with particular attention paid to end seam and space between under layers.

★Important Information

1.For all DIAMOND products, standard woodworking tools may be used, as per applicable manufacturer’s instructions. Be sure to wear proper clothing and safety equipment.
2.Never put spotlight materials above DIAMOND products in case of damage and color change. 
3.Stay away from corrosive chemicals and heat flammable region.
4.The waste in standard working is recyclable. 
5. It is normal that variations or changes in color for different production lots and normal weathering due to exposure to sunlight, weather and atmosphere. For outdoor DIAMOND products, maintenance as the manufacturer’s suggestions once every two or three years is necessary. The protective oil is designated by the manufacturer.
6. The proper temperature for DIAMOND  products is -25℃～60℃. For temperature below -25℃, the elastic modulus will be less. For temperature above 60℃, the structure of the products will be unstable, and it will become stable when the temperature comes down. 
7.We guarantee the life span for DIAMOND  products is 15 years for proper use under suitable circumstances.

It does not cover damage from abnormal or improper use or installation or design, accident, alteration, welding, neglect, abuse, abrasion, air pollutants, improper service or installation, or damage caused by flood, hurricane, earthquake, fire or act of God. Use in harsh industrial, coastal or marine environments is not warranted.

It does not cover damages attributable to movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or the supporting structure on which the DIAMOND Products are installed.
